seizing the opportunity by its neck

i passed by one of the offices on my floor and saw the afternoon light hitting the blinds. it looked more surreal in person than how it did here. i asked one of the young assistants to look at it and she said "wow, it does look pretty." she said maybe i should take a photo. i went back to my office and took my camera and went back. fortunately the sun was still shining brightly against the blinds. i showed the young assistant what i took and she was quite impressed. when i looked again at the blinds, the sun had been covered by the clouds and the blinds looked like, well, just window blinds.

sooc because if i processed this, i would've cropped it to get rid of the two sides then perhaps do a dutch tilt. alas, as i said, it's sooc!

and glad i had a shot for today!

I think it is perfect as is. We can appreciate the creativity of it because of the sides and lack of tilt to it!
