i had the good intention of walking down to the waterfront at lunchtime. but oh, boy! was it suddenly cold today. i thought this morning that it would be about time for me to start wearing stockings once again. but i looked at the weather channel and it indicated that the high was 12. it's do-able for me so wearing one of the summer blouses, a very light jacket and i opted out of wearing stockings, did i get a shock!
it was cold!!!!
so i walked around the mall below my building. nothing of note to take a photo of, except if i counted the walls of the liquor store. i grabbed me a bottle of italian red - a 2012 barolo - and a bottle of chablis. don't know what i would do with them but for sure one of the young lawyers would have a use for that. for Christmas!
so i went home tonight empty handed and desperately in need of a shot.
