igloo of lights

well, it looks like an igloo to me and we're in canada and we got igloos here, although way up north not here in toronto. but at the shopping mall i pass by sometimes on the bus, i saw this and told myself i should go there and take some photos. i might interest the northster to go there but i have to investigate if we can bring tripods. it would be nice to get a long exposure and get some starbursts.

there was no plaque or notice board that explains the significance of this installation.

It's very cool - we have plastic igloos / snow globes in a few places along the Thames as somewhere you can book as a party, as winter outside seating, very expensive.
