whew! after seven years, i'm crossing this off my bucket list. no matter that the spoon has a lot of scratches, which is unusual, because this is a serving spoon that's rarely used so it shouldn't have all those scratches. gotta find my unused set from all those boxes in the spare room.
so while already crossed off the bucket list, you can be sure this will be revisited at some point in the future.
@30pics4jackiesdiamond - paragliding! bracketing! HDR. i may forego HDR though, as i'd rather paraglide than learn HDR. and if this extreme cold continues, and there's no wind, i just might do frozen bubbles. i may not be able to post it though, because i'd be dead frozen by the time i get a shot right! tee-hee!
@summerfield I did the frozen bubbles and it was fun. Never thought about that for this freezing cold spell. Maybe tomorrow or Friday if I get a chance :)
This might be a fun one for the light box if I can't figure out something for a refraction shot- must start fiddling soon before the monthly meeting when I'm supposed to be an expert on these things... attempted some frozen bubbles today but haven't looked at the results yet. I'm not expecting to be pleased but I have plenty of bubble mix for practice! Great bucket list shot!
The colours are so vibrant. I would love to try frozen bubbles but I am not sure our winter gets cold enough! Definitely no point trying now as our minimum temperature is around 20C, with maximums in the high 30s and early 40s!
reat job, glad you get to check this off...what I really like is how the spoon takes such center stage and is so much more intense that that which it is reflecting.
@northy - i know i have eight 5-piece place setting set but i have like a gazillion boxes of china, silverware and crystal and i'm not in the mood to open the boxes and upset what's inside. i'm afraid when i find the right box, i'll lbe posting nothing but spoon shots! :-D
Yes, breath is all - I think!
