keeping it simple

i dropped my key chain on the ground while walking towards the park (after my sister and i saw the movie "a star is born"). it landed near this grate in an obscure corner of one of the buildings. when i picked it up i saw this crack in the wall that looked like a line on a graph so i took a photo. it's so mundane yet there is something in it that appeals to me. perhaps it's all the straight lines and angles punctuated by that curved line.

good thing there is that cracks and crevices black and white challenge and the eye of the beholder challenge.
A great find for the challenges.

I really like this -- great lines and textures. B&W is terrific.

So much texture too. Great photo!

Nice textures. And the graph is heading upward. So that’s good too.

nicely abstract and yet not! Good eye!

I like how the curved line draws the eye up and through.

Measuring growth in politicians' egos? Love it

I think you qualify for both cracks and crevices here. I have to confess - I now want to draw a little person climbing up the side of the hill that I see instead of your graph.
