gold, green, glittery and glowing

Christmas tree decorations. since i don't have a Christmas tree and i have no inclination whatsoever to have one. i just put all the decorations i could find and shoot them at random.

i'm in a rut. big time. i had a project in mind for this week but for the life of me, i couldn't remember what so i will kind of be spontaneous this week. hopefully, some nice photographic things will come my way or i would remember what it was that i forgot.

Such a bright and beautiful and festive shot. Who needs a tree when you can do this?
We all get in a rut at this time of the year with the shorter days and dreary weather. We are almost to the shortest day so things will turn the other way quickly!
