we have an extreme cold weather since last night and i went to the mall through the subway sans jacket and it was freezing cold that now my ears hurt and my nose is runny, plus my old joints are throbbing.

i had all the good intention of doing night architecture photography but with that weather condition i doubt the old body could stand it. so, once again turning to indoor photography. i fancy the shells but how artsy can you get with shells. perhaps add some bokeh?
I really like this! My joints get the same way with the weather!

Nicely done

I sympathise about the joints, the only ones that don't react to real cold (even by Oz standards) are my metal knees and hip.

Beautiful shot, shells and composition. All of Europe is freezing at the moment. Looking forward for summer.

They are beautiful. Our weather is miserable too. Not bitter cold but too brisk and damp to be out in it. I’m looking inside today too!

I like your set up, especially that they are not all placed the same way up. They also remind me of some Godiva chocs that I had years ago that were shell shaped and marbled chocolate (white and milk chocolate mixture).

great subject and composition as alwyas. Bokeh is the perfect way to spice it up!
You need to move to Alabama where it is warmer! ;~}

Nice composition with the shells, especially showing different sides of them.

The shells are lovely! I hope you feel better soon!

you are not the only one struggling with joints. To have the earache etc as well and I totally get why you didn't want to go out. The shells did very well for you instead, in their windmill pattern.
