carotid bubbles

that crap yesterday went on to popular page for about a nano second! :-D

this one is a tad better though. this is a nerve wracking endeavor and it seems to me the colours almost seem like yesterday's. i didn't pay attention to the bubbles or i'd have waited for longer so that the glass would have been clear. well, we'll see how it goes tomorrow.

i feel soooo guilty doing these shots. it's an utter waste of water.
Here's a use for the water to assuage your guilt... Pour it into your toilet tank to see if you have a leak into the bowl. If the color shows up in the bowl you have a leak! You need to replace the flapper. Mean while, I think these are beautiful pictures! keep up the good work!

It looks alive. Be careful that it doesn't become a cookie monster. Your calendar view is looking really cool.

You'll have it totally mastered by the end of the week. Love the colour. What type of ink do you use for this?

@merrelyn - acrylic ink

Yes - an improvement on yesterday. Keep on trying - and then tell us all how it is done!

In my experience, I could name this a number of things. But it does resemble blood in water.
