another shot from my foray yesterday to the church. such beautiful sky, a stark contrast to today's grey and mist and rain. if the weather improves tomorrow, i shall try and venture out again. my problem is when i'm out, my feet always lead me to the grocery store. 🤣 especially this week, ice cream is on sale!!!!
i had researched for painting tutors and courses. most are online courses. i don't want to pay so much money for an online class when i can just watch the free tutorials on youtube. i am a hands-on learner so i want a teacher who is there physically with me. i found a one-day workshop that i can attend, and if i like the artist, i will take lessons by the hour until such time as i am confident enough to blend colours. what i really want to do is make a painting out of some of my landscape/waterscape and still life photographs. thanks, law, @louannwarren for giving my behind a gentle kick.
I love the sharp crispiness to the photo and the contrast of the colors! Those leaves are gorgeous against the brilliant blue of the sky. To top it off the light is amazing. Well done girlfriend!
