young onyx's visit yesterday threw off my painting mojo. he was supposed to come back this morning after my church service but of course the son had to change his mind three times about picking young onyx up. in the end i had accomplished nothing but three half-finished paintings. i hope to finish at least one tomorrow.
i've been trying to take photos of the fireworks but not successful so far. all my camera would capture is bokeh. i am too lazy to pull out the real cameras. at any rate, every time i go out to the balcony to take photos that's when they would have a big pause so i thought forget about the damned fireworks.
