windmills by summerfield

windmills

another shot from yesterday's foray at the ontario science centre. i have no idea if these are in fact working windmills, though i'd assume they are. it's situated at the rise of the outdoor forum. these teenagers were oblivious to the children running around them although occasionally shot me a glance whilst i was taking shots of the windmills. i was going to shoot a close up of them but they are not particularly good looking kids.

as the windmills were moving, i am tagging this for the 'freeze motion' prompt on week 14 of the 52 captures challenge. until i find a better shot, that is. that's what i will be doing this month -- try to catch up on the 52 captures challenge. i think i am missing quite a few because of the half/half shots in may.
Interesting juxtaposition

I like this composition with the 3 circles windmills and the row of red (and one burnt out) circular lights on the stairs.

I thought they were meant to be birds :)

Oh interesting! A perfect POV for the shot! They make me think of inverted unicycles!

What a modern design.

I like the circle and blades of the windmills. I am so far behind on the 52 week challenge. It would take me a whole month to catch up. Perhaps July?

These are most interesting. Pity there isn't 5 of them, then you could get that prompt too
