the turret rising

i was walking towards the market yesterday in downtown toronto. lots of people and when i got to the intersection where the flatiron building was, i was curious to find out why the crowd, waiting for the traffic light to change, was looking up. this was the view, nothing more. just the turret of the gooderham or flatiron building of toronto, seeming to look like it was rising out of the shadows.

it was a gorgeous day yesterday albeit on the cold side. it was again repeated today but with a much warmer temperature than yesterday.

We have a flat iron building in Vancouver as well but no turret like yours. Beatutiful blue sky contrasts nicely with the green roofed turret. Thanks for setting up owo, it was a fun challenge.
