"the beauty of light owes its existence to darkness." - who?
a terribly busy day at the office, my little corner office, that is. add the threatening vertigo attack, one wrong turn of the head and the whole world goes spinning. i sometimes have a knack for fighting what ails me when i'm busy doing something. i know i will pay for it one of these days when the enemy comes in full force.
i had hoped to go for a walk in the snow and ice albeit in -17 temperature as my body is craving for that. the sit ups and push ups and dancing don't do much for me, and there are times meditation gives me the creeps, and yoga is mostly out of the question -- i just can't stand all that twisting and bending.
a simple shot for today. the 52 assignments prompt this week is 'darkness'. i have quite a few ideas in mind which i can also combine with 52 frames' minimalist theme this week, but the time to execute is scarce.

over at five plus two, we are interpreting the stories of brothers grimm. in all likelihood you know a couple of stories that you can perhaps interpret with a self-portrait, why don't you try, please? and check us out here: https://365project.org/fiveplustwo/365/2022-01-26
