i have quite a few painting projects on the go. this one i will give to my sister for Christmas. i'm also making a bigger canvas of 9 fishes for myself. but now i'm not sure about the water ripples. i thought i ruined the picture but without it the fishes just seemed to be floating in the air. i used metallic acrylic colours on the fishes - not good in photos but really nice in person except i ruined it with the 'water lines'.
