ooopsy! my photo is not in sync with the size of yesterday's photo, i don't think. i forgot to write down how much i cropped yesterday's photo and what processing i used. so, i may have to repost it. but how to do that without losing your precious comments, anyone knows?
in any case, here's a carafe that the office gave us several years ago along with six wine glasses. i wanted to keep the subjects as simple as possible seeing that the background is the vertical radiator. my next problem is that i didn't mark the floor on which i set the tripod last night so tonight i placed a tape to mark its place.
and this is just a hobby, for heaven's sakes!
thank you, ladies and gents, for your kind views and comments. they are much appreciated and treasured.
This reminds me of a cool way to draw a three dimensional hand print. You trace a hand abd draw horizontal parallel lines but as they cone across the hand curve them up and out like this picture kind of and color in between each set of lines. Now I'll have to do one to show.
As I look at your first thumbnail, this seems to line up with it perfectly!! And they look gorgeous together!! This is beautiful ... great to keep it simple ... very elegant!
@karenann - karenann, that's because i uploaded a 'corrected' size of last night's photo, but inorder for me to save all your comments, i re-posted last night's to the december 30, 2011 slot of my second album. i hope you don't mind. thank you, karenann, always appreciate your kind comments.
I like the sense of depth in this shot, and the way I can see the radiator through the glass. It's cool! Great shapes and lines. (You're a perfectionist and you drive yourself crazy like that. I know the feeling. XD )
@megsouthard - thank you, megan. lots of shapes in there; glad you like it.
@roth - that would be darth vader! hahaha! thank you, sue.
@danig - and the carafe loves you back! thank you, DG.
@lisjam1 - thank you, lisabell. i didn't quite know how to approach this particular challenge and this is how i interpret it.
