Stretching the Daylight

Seemed fitting to post this long shadow on the shortest day. The camera clock says about 4 pm but it's actually 3 pm. I'm so looking forward to more sunlight hours.

Wrapping and grocery shopping on the agenda for today ... and we have freezing rain to make things more interesting. Hope you're all taking time to enjoy the season. Many thanks for taking a moment to view and comment during this busy time of year.
