This is a lovely shot, Suse, and a big fav! I absolutely love your perspective and the way that you have incorporated the surface on which he was lying, rather than forcing the whole image of the cat into the frame. Also your focus and DOF is perfect, placing all the emphasis on Romeo's face and whiskers. Superb!
Fav! Love this. I'm your get pushed partner this week. I've enjoyed looking through your albums and wondered whether you would like a challenge to explore either negative space or texture. Maybe both.

@riverlandphotos Thank you for all the comments :) Some cats indeed like the belly scrathing the same as dogs do, but with cats, and with this cat particularly, it´s a bit risky bisness and you may end up with few scratches yourself.
Love the softness in this picture, and the pose of Romeo. A fave.
