Had a day off from work and enjoyed my time at this short 24h cruise, it was very relaxing being pretty much the only one at the spa section at 9am on Thuesday morning - oh yes, I was drinking sparkling wine at 9am:D
@amandal Go for it Amanda :) I love cruises, and I somedaysoon hope to do one of those caribbean cruises, so far I have only been cruising at the Nile and of course I have done plenty of these 24h cruises from Turku to Stockholm, but that´s just cos of these ships are so easy to access from where I live
I used to live in FL close to where you could easily catch cruises. Not as easy from Ohio. I will sometime. Seems like a great vacation. I did fly down to Jamaica once. The Carribean is gorgeous!
@amandal My sis and her husband did one of those caribbean cruises as their honeymoon prettty much a year ago, they were in Barbados etc and ever since I saw the pics I´ve been dying to go, it´s just so darn expensive to do from here cos obviously one must at first fly to States.....I´ve been inside in couple of those caribbean cruise ships while they were still here in Finland´s ship building yard, they organised a touring when the ships were finished and before they released them.....but I suppose that does not count ;-)
