Mistletoe

Mistletoe is a parasite which grows on trees. Apple is a favourite host and all these pictures were taken in an apple orchard. There's a lot of mistletoe in Herefordshire.
Mistletoe is a popular Christmas decoration and we have this strange custom of kissing under it.

A lovely collage. As far as I know mistletoe in the NL only grows in the province of Limburg in the south.
