It was dull, cold and windy today so I stayed in and baked. I've only recently discovered how easy it is to make soda bread. This one is a bit of a cross between plain soda bread and a fruit scone. We ate it warm, with butter, with our coffee this morning. It was scrumptious and I'll definitely make it again.
