This one is Chocolate and Banana Cake with Streusal Topping. It was good.
I may have given the impression that we eat loads of cake but actually we don't. I just love baking cakes. We have a piece with our morning coffee on Saturdays and Sundays and I always give some to our friends next door and across the road. If there's any left after the weekend it goes in the freezer.
I love trying out new recipes.
