Courgettes and Butternut Squash - Growing Too Fast

I think I planted my seeds too early. They've grown really well on the bedroom windowsill and they need to be outside. It's much too cold though. I have cucumbers on another windowsill and they're just as big. Tomorrow I'll take a chance and put them in the mini greenhouse

Looks like they are growing up quickly, perhaps I should have stood in some compost and I might have been taller.
