I've been harvesting tomatoes, beans and courgettes daily for ages but yesterday was a particularly good day.
All these apples (1.9 kg) were from one small tree. We realised we needed to pick all the apples because the branches were breaking. There are 1.6 kg tomatoes, 1.176 kg runner beans, 1 cucumber and 2 courgettes.
Lovely but what do you do with them all….only so much you two can absorb….we had to just leave cooking apples on the ground, only a very few people were interested in taking a few.
