Just The One!

My vegetable garden has done well this year. I've grown:-

37.9 Kg Tomatoes
9.3 Kg Runner Beans
11.4 Kg Potatoes
12 Cucumbers
105 Courgettes

and ONE Butternut Squash!

I have several butternut squash recipes but I feel I should do something special with this one. I haven't decided what.

That’s more than we have! Our lemons are fine but there’s only so much you can do with those.
