We visited some lovely gardens up in the hills near Welshpool in Mid Wales. The gardens are quite small but beautiful and there was no-one else there. It was just lovely. We have been there but not for a while.
@beryl That's a good point, Beryl! Last summer I encountered one of the key landscapers at the university (where I take a lot of my photos). He was quite proud of the fact that he was submitting a proposal to re-do one of the major gardens to make it wheelchair accessible (He took me around to show me his plans- very cool) He was concerned, though, that funding wouldn't be available. I hope to have an update later this summer.
