We were having breakfast this morning when suddenly Chris spotted a hedgehog in the garden and a few minutes later another one. We did see both at the same time so we knew there were two of them. It's a very, very long time since either of us had seen one so we were very excited.
How super ! I think they are wise enough to stay out of our back garden now -- as Alfie will not rest in his hun for them -- bloody nose and mouth or not !
How lovely to see hedgehogs in your garden. We used to get a lot of them when we lived in the UK. Don't have them here though, the nearest we have to hedgehogs are echidnas.
I haven't had any in my garden for at least 10 years despite building a log pile several years ago.
