The shrub next door

This is my neighbours shrub. Neither of us know what it is so I'm hoping someone can identify it, and then I can get one!

Looks a Warszewiczia (a bit) to me. But when not , it is as pretty . Great shot of this beautiful flower

@pyrrhula Thank you for your suggestion Ferry, I have never heard of that. Looking it up, it does look very similar, especially before it develops the berries, but I don't think it is the same plant. My quest continues I think :)

Such an interesting plant and a lovely colour. I am hopeless when it comes to identifying anything in the garden!

Is it possibly related to the fuschia plant? Not sure I spelled that correctly! Whatever it is, it is really cool!

Whatever it is, it sure is an unusual looking plant. Perhaps you could take the photo into a plant nursery.

I think it's a Himalayan honeysuckle. Very attractive but can take over 😊
