I make a point of not doing Christmas until Dec 19th. This is because my birthday is on December 18th. It is an unfortunate birthdate because people often say "Oh here is your combined Christmas and birthday present". I never have a birthday party because my birthday usually gets absorbed into some sort of Christmas party/festivity/gig/etc.
However I do make a stand and I refuse to celebrate Christmas until the the great festival of Billymas is over.
We do have a tree up......... but this is a Billymas tree and all the other decorations are Billymas decorations.
