Engage

As some of you know, Captain Flynn has had a very keen interest in time travel since 1873 and actually worked for Albert Einstein as a time correction technician for many years.

This is a photo of the moment he made his first successful leap in time from 1892 to 2158 using a machine he developed with the help of his old friend C S Lewis.

It was, in fact, in 2158 that he first met Kitty, who was working as a curator in the British National Tree Museum. After a whirlwind romance they were married in the first national church and bank of St. McDonalds. They then honeymooned in the Caribbean on a pirate ship in the year 1712 and they enjoyed it so much, they stayed and embarked a long and successful career as pirates. They eventually retired to Cornwall in 2001.

And the rest, as they say, is history.... or the future.............. or in fact entirely hypothetical depending on which part of the multiverse you happen to be viewing things from.

My contribution to this week's fiveplustwo-alternateuniverse theme.

I'm also sure that I don't need to mention that this shot looks inordinately more aesthetically pleasing on a black background. :)
Ohhhh...so that's where you have been all afternoon................

A great machine, only runs on electricity. What if you wander to the year when there was no electricity?

It was hard to decide whether your picture or your text fascinated me more. Let's agree that both are extraordinary.
