Don't ask my why........ As a pirate I should have a deep and abiding fear, dread and a loathing for mermaids and sirens. So many tales of unwary sailors being lured onto the rocks by the siren's song.
However in recent years I have become very good friends with several mermaids and I have to say they are much maligned.
