Fellow 365-er Junko and her husband were over for brunch on a very cold day. We had a fire going in the fire place and decided to practice photographing the flames, as our husbands complained about being Project 365 widowers. This was one of my favorites as it looks like a bird dancing.

@taffy I've done a photo of a candle flame and almost got tooo close, no open fire here so may have to try a bonfire out back when it cools down. Thank goodness for digital lol
Funny! I just saw what you wrote here, and it makes me laugh because I recall that's exactly what the conversation was. Interesting that we photographed the same flames, yet mine was the enormously over-processed version that looks so different. We should practice together again! Camaraderie for sure!
