Best Friends Walking by taffy

Best Friends Walking

What a great day today! It started by finding my insect at #1 on TT, totally a thrill for both me and the bug and we thank you for sending it there.
Then a beautiful walk on Beaver Island's Kuebler Trail, with human friends plus Moo and Bella. Ending with the end-of-season jazz concert tonight at the Community Center. Bella and Moo have to leave tomorrow -- making us all very sad!
This scene looks better on black if you have time.
What a beautiful trail for a walk in the woods. Sounds like you had a great day with friends!

What a beautiful image Taffy! Bella and Moo are a perfect foil to those tall trees! Glad you enjoyed their visit. Nice that you can have a dog to stay - you can get your dog fix that way! Fav!

Wonderful comp. Like the greatness of the forest you've captured so well in this pic. Pretty white berch standing tall and proud with and the two friends strolling along.

How sweet - you can imagine that they are chattering away about life as they stroll along together! Fav

Kas
Excellent shot, and well deserved on the No1 slot for your insect shot.

Great news on the number one shot, Fantastic.
These two do look like they are walking out together as best of mates, chatting away side by side and almost forgetting their environment. I really like the way you have cast them as almost insignificant alongside the magnificence of the tall trees, and yet still the main subject. Clever.

Love the sense of scale the dogs give this shot! I am assume that Moo is the black and white dog!

Sweet shot- and it was an honor to share a spot on the TT list with you!

@ukandie1 Yes, Moo's name comes from her markings that are like that of a dairy cow. Our friends briefly considered changing her name, but figured that would just confuse her. She's sweet, but we suspect could be easily confused!
