Coming and Going by taffy

Coming and Going

One more from yesterday's parking garage excursion. It's always a challenge to get two trains in a single image as they never seem to cross one another at the right point in the scene. Wishing they had passed one another a little closer to me. This was looking in the opposite direction from yesterday's post.
the railway lines make great marks moving across your image...great use of B&W

Something about a curving track, isn't there? Unbelievably we have heavy snow today. Not normal for here at all! But you get it in Chicago, don't you? Does it affect the trainlines? Ours tend to come to a standstill!
December 10th, 2017
@casablanca It takes a fair amount of snow to ground our city to a halt. But it has happened (when we've gotten 8 - 12" or more). Because we are used to snow, the city has equipment for clearing it and we have the clothes we need to be out in it (the joke is every woman in Chicago has at least 5 black winter coats, with different lengths and weights of down, and waterproof versions!). But it doesn't mean we like it!!
