I visited the frog pond on my way home from errands 'in town' and happy to see a cooperative frog holding still and in a stream of sunlight.
Thank you for putting my swan on TT -- that was one of my all-time favorite shots so it meant a lot to see it there.
Update on the not-so-sweet bunny of the other day. The (horrible) critter ate every single one of my five lilies that were so healthy and looked like they would all have several blooms. All that is left is a single bare stem. Bad bad bunny!
Oh naughty bunny! So that's how it repays you for making it a star......ha! I like this frog. He is two different colours, how fascinating! I had no idea they could do that.
Such a gorgeous frog an composition ! Taffy ,you have captured the colours , textures and the glistening body in the sunlight so excellently - big fav !
Wonderful two-toned frog! Fabulous on black. Sorry about your lilies, I know how you feel. One year, my daughter sent me 150 tulip bulbs from the Netherlands. I enjoyed their flowers for one season - then the bunnies and squirrels got to them...every single one!
Love his two colours! Great capture of this handsome frog in the beautiful light! I thought the bunny might be searching for his next meal or two! Fav!
What a handsome prince. Love all the detail and light and the 600 mm did a nice job with getting rid of background and letting him be the show. So sorry re the lilies. How infuriating. Pearl would be happy to take care of the rabbit for you
Sorry about your Lilies....... Bunnies will be Bunnies.:))
Beautiful detail, light and what a gorgeous frog
I knew the rabbit would be trouble.
Bad, bad Englishmen for bringing bunnies to America!
