I've just discovered "pickle ball" which is kind of a cross between ping pong and tennis, using a whiffle ball that the wind catches very easily. It's great for all ages and I'm happy to find some folks who know the game and are open to teaching us newbies.
i hope you weren't playing on both courts at the same time! :-) that blue sky would've looked gorgeous against those trees. great leading lines though. aces!
@helenhall That's, I think, the whole idea -- not to take it seriously, but to have fun and get some exercise. I think that's what I like about it, compared to other 'serious' sports.
