P3 Behaves Rashly

Professor Percival Penguin, or P3, loves viewing waterfalls. This was a bit of a precarious spot, but he couldn't be stopped.

I'm not surprised he was drawn to the water- after all how many times do we see penguins splashing around in the ocean? A waterfall is a perfect place to play! Pretty Falls- fun edit!
