The first week of Flash of Red February, I'm highlighting trees from the African landscapes. Some will be representative/documentation types but a few I'm planning to apply post-processing software to create more impressionist images, as in this one. Lighting was late afternoon with partial clouds, but plenty of available light to highlight details in the tree and the landscape beyond.

I really like how you edited this. It still retains the natural feel but has a beautifully artistic look. You also managed to keep in tact how the light was affecting the scene. a fav for me!
I love your processing here - especially the way the tree has retained so much detail against the very stylistic landscape and amazing abstract sky. :)
