For Flamingo Friday, started by @stray_shooter
Taken at Lake Makati in Tanzania, like my earlier ones, but processed today using PS and Silver Efex (highly recommend this for b&w processing) so it fits Flash of Red theme.
Best clicked to black to see full image (it shows up as the right side missing in my feed for some reason).
These are wonderful Taffy. I do like how the processing reduces this to a minimum but without loosing the detail (hope that makes sense). Ah - I think others have found the word I am looking for - clean is exactly what I mean.
@stray_shooter I'm so glad you started it -- I'd always really liked your images, so I was really excited about the opportunities in Africa. And I love having about 50 images to work with, challenging myself to do something different each time. So thanks go to you!

Taffy, just quick aside, I clicked on your tag to link back to see other flamingo Friday images. That uses a hyphen, you've used an underscore. Not sure if that is a mistake or you have created your own tag.
This so delicate Taffy. There is a stillness and quiet to this image that I really like. I wouldn't have thought flamingos would look good in b&w but you've proved me wrong!
