I'm increasingly enjoying the opportunities to photograph musicians at work, but falling woefully behind in staying on top of organizing and processing photos from each day. Caught this one at one of the rehearsals with the full orchestra, during one of their few breaks.
Musicians festival schedules are truly grueling given all the obligations each has for rehearsals and performances.
although the focus on the music works really well for this shot - I cant quite read what they are playing. Not a criticism except that I was curious. Great rehearsal shot.
They are gruelling schedules indeed, but oh there is such joy in performing! I love it personally. It's the one place I come alive like no other. I am enjoying your music series very much.
