We went to a cooking class on Sunday, held on the 26th floor on the opposite site of the city and a little north of where we live. From there, they have a view of the back of the Hancock building, known for its 'exoskeleton' structure (notice the big 'x' pattern). Highlight of the class was the best chocolate mousse tort I've ever tasted.
What a building! Gorgeous capture. In my BSL Sign Language class on Monday, we learned the sign for "mouth watering" and when I read what you cooked, I practised it!!
I have a shot very similar to this and you were standing beside me when I took it! Wonderful memories! I love Chicago and itâs fabulous architecture!
