Bursting Out at the Garden by taffy

Bursting Out at the Garden

Another shot from one of my favorite spots on Junko's and my walk. See Junko's where she took these from a much lower perspective:

They are so regal and filigreed at the same time. Clearly you had a delightful visit. I’m having a wave of sadness re not having a get together with you and Junko and Kris in the works. 😥 what is the blue in the background

@jgpittenger Feeling the same sense of sadness that it isn't possible. The blue is just the color tone of the lily pads. Not sure why in this one it had that tone.

I love how yours has such a wonderful line to make it about the composition that flow of water is so effective for carrying the eye through the scene. We were so lucky to have had so many good photo opps on our walk!

@jgpittenger @rosiekerr @taffy -- sharing the sadness of not being able to plan a phototrip soon. But -- let's be optimistic and plan one a year from now?

Separation is so hard, isn't it? I am longing for casual laughter and messing about with my camera with other people and in other places too. Here's holding on to hope that it will be soon. Beautiful image.

This is so lovely. It’s wonderful to see the different angles you and Junko used of the same scene.

Yours is not disimilar in style and subject to Junkos, for once. Which is just fine becasue I like them both very much with the emphasis on the somehow child like patterns of the tall plants.
