Walking the Beach

We drove across five states (Illinois - Indiana - Tennessee - Georgia - Florida) in three days, and now are settling into our rented condo on the ocean for the next few weeks. St Augustine is the oldest European city in the US, on the eastern coast of FL, and we plan to start exploring the area tomorrow. The past two days were mostly about unpacking and organizing but I fit in one walk on the beach this afternoon.

The beach looks a bit wild. We did the Intracoastal Waterways in our boat in the early 2000s and St. Augustine was one of my favourite places - probably because it had so many art galleries. I wonder if it still does.
