Do we want to know how the sausage is made? by taffy

Do we want to know how the sausage is made?

This is the interior of Fontano's Deli on the corner of Polk & Carpenter Streets. Famous within the city for it's great Italian 6- and 12-inch sandwiches, they make homemade sausage a few times a week for their homemade meat sauces which they sell in the deli. This is the context for the photo posted today in my main album: http://365project.org/taffy/365/2013-03-28. I love how the shop makes this in full view of all passers-by.
we don't want to know how it's made, but it sure is good. nice story telling shot

Lovely 'action' shot, like the atmosphere in it and the view on the street.

You have made me want to go there - my friends and I are planning to take a trip to Chicago (hopefully in May). I might have to find one of their deli's while I'm there. So many good places to each in Chicago!
