Moving On by taffy

Moving On

I think milkweed seed pods are fascinating. They are structurally elegant. This seedpod had opened and the seeds were just starting to take flight.
We're almost done with the work for closing down the Beaver Island house. Sort of like the seedpods, we're moving on (back) to Chicago, planted there until we return to the island late next spring.
Fantastic capture and detail of this milkweek. The background is gorgeous. FAV.
