Taken from Williams Bay at Geneva Lake in Wisconsin as we drove between site visits to find a place for a leadership meeting in April. It was a really gray day as the shot in my main album shows - http://365project.org/taffy/365/2013-11-21. This was an HDR from three photos that looked quite normal before I got carried away with Topaz Adjust editing program. I know it's over processed, but for some reason I like it (please don't judge my overall taste based on this!).
oh i love everything about it - what do you mean judge taste ------every image has the potential to be treated in a different way - this is really cool
Taffy, you are really on a roll. Each of your shots that I have looked at are fantastic! I haven't tried HDR as of yet. This shot is great. I really like the colors. FAV!
Superb processing, have been trying to use multiple photos and just haven't been able to make them look realistic, always end up with a fringe so end up scrapping, I will just have to keep practicing. Well done!
Another great shot you are such a whizz at processing! I love your HDR shots as they never look over processed to me as a lot of HDR stuff does! I like the tones - it does look like light pollution. Fav!
I think it is a gorgeous picture....every single one of them needs to be viewed and treated differently, and you have really created a mood in this one!
@eyesmile@bill_fe@thirdjoe@pamknowler Thanks SO much for the fav. I really wasn't secure about my own judgment re this processing so your view, comment, and fav meant a lot. And you helped move it to PP, I know. Very much appreciated.
treatment.
