Union Station

This is the original Union Station, with the more modern structure located across the street. It's just undergone a major renovation but I didn't have time today to go inside. I loved being outside with sun - what a treat after all the gray days.

Having just been there, it's a grand space! Traveling by Amtrak (and traveling by air in the last half of the 20th century) is such a contrast with flying and being frisked and patted-down by TSA now...
