I was working on my get-pushed challenge to make a B&W abstract. In the process, I made this cool image of my chess set using a slow shutter speed and zooming the lens during the exposure. I'm gonna have to try this technique again.
I made this with the camera hand held. I think it could have come out better if I could get the camera on a tripod looking straight down, but the legs get in the way. Anyone have any solutions for mounting your camera to shoot straight down?
