Is It Really Raining?

I was trying to capture the pouring rain by dialing my aperture to its minimum, ISO 100, and a 4 second exposure. Instead, it looks like a sunny day. This isn't the effect I was after, but I like the picture, anyway.

Rain is rally hard to catch, isn't it? Even when it is heavy, the lens does not seem to see what the eye sees. Nice image anyway!
