My get-pushed partner challenged me to try a half-and-half photo. Here I have invented a new piece of cutlery. The name "spork" was already taken, so I am calling my invention "foroon."
Val, at first, I wasn't took excited about the half-and-half idea. I was thinking of it in terms of violating the "rule of thirds." However, once I looked at some other examples, I came up with some fun ideas. I hope to have a couple more examples later in the week. That is what I love about get pushed. It pushes me to try something that I wouldn't have done, otherwise. Thanks for the challenge. @valpetersen
This is brilliant, Tim. Gives me some better ideas for my own compositions too - so far my own half and halfs have been two separate subjects, standing alone - definitely going to try merging at the mid-point
