Coaster

I often take my own get-pushed challenges. Last week I challenged my partner to make an extraordinary photograph of an ordinary item. Here, I have a bird's eye view of a drink coaster on a wooden side table. I used a flash that brought out some of the colors.

@tdaug80 hey partner! I loved through your photos and I didn't see very many with people in them. I love portrait photography but I'm not at all comfortable with posing them. I work with the youth group at my church and I find that teenagers don't need help with posing so that's usually who I photograph. I challenge you to some portrait photography! Whoever you want, wherever you want but not candid. Is that ok with you?

@stephan_haay I don't have a lot of choices for portrait subjects, but I'll see what I can do. I've usually responded to portrait challenges with self portraits.
